About Us At Expat Housing Network, we help internationals find a home and feel at home in the Netherlands. Since 2015, we've assisted thousands of expats in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Eindhoven. Our mission is to simplify the housing journey, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. We are now growing our buying and selling department and are looking for a Junior Buying & Selling Consultant to join our team! What You’ll Do In this role, you will support the team by guiding clients through the entire process of buying or selling a home, from initial consultation to final handover. You’ll grow in becoming their trusted advisor, ensuring they make informed decisions and the experience is seamless. 🔹 Client Support & Transactions Guide clients through the buying and selling process step by step. Conduct intake meetings to understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets. Manage multiple clients at different stages of the buying and selling process. Organize and schedule property viewings, accompany clients, and provide insights on properties; Organise viewing days, inform potential buyers about the property and optimise the viewing to offer conversion ratio; Review property documents to identify potential risks and flag important details. Make sure all documentation is present allowing your client to be compliant and the potential buyers to have enough information to confidently submit offers Assist clients in negotiating the best price and terms. Draft and submit offers, ensuring smooth communication with realtors. Manage the offer and negotiation process to optimise the ROI for your selling client. 🔹 Market Research & Advisory Stay updated on market trends, prices, and legal regulations in different locations. Conduct property market analysis to match buying clients with the best homes and get the highest ROI for selling clients. Provide tailored advice on investment opportunities and potential resale value. 🔹 Stakeholder & Process Management Coordinate third-party services (e.g., notary, appraisal, technical inspections). Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, appraisers, notaries, and other partners. Act as a company representative at networking events and business meetings.
